Netball is a popular sport at Bayfield. There are over 100 players playing in 12 teams from year 1-6.
Teams are coached and managed by parents. Each team generally has one practice per week before school.
Year 1-4 teams are grouped by friendship and enthusiasm for the game. Year 5 & 6 are selected by trials and are ability based. Every child that wants to play netball is placed in a team.

In years 1-5 Bayfield competes in the Kidzplay Netball league.
Games are played on Saturday mornings at Pinehurst School on the North Shore.
Year 6 teams play at Netball North Harbour at the Northcote Rd courts on a Wednesday afternoon.

The Bayfield netball uniform is a Bayfield sports shirt and navy netball skirt or shorts. These will be available to order via Kindo our online shop in February/Marchbefore the season starts.
