Holidays / extended absences during term time

Please use this online form to submit information about your upcoming absence / holiday to your school.

If you are taking your child out of school during term time for holidays or other long term absences please also email the Principal, Kerri McKay KerriM@bayfield.school.nz and advise the dates and reasons for their absence.
