Holidays / extended absences during term time

Please use this online form to submit information about your upcoming absence / holiday to your school.

If you are taking your child out of school during term time for holidays or other long-term absences, please also email the Principal, Kerri McKay, KerriM@bayfield.school.nz and advise the dates and reasons for their absence.
